Refund and Cancellation

We offer refund within the first 30 days of your bill, if 30 days have passed since your bill, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds
On approval with the billing team as services billed after services being delivered.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
